- Registrar - Will fall to Limei for now
- Developement Officer - Hasinta will take over
- Finance - Arcelie will over see Finance's day to day
- Cross utilization of staff to be more effective

6.Syllabus
- Susan - daily, weekly, monthly, yearly syllabus (English)

Kabidor - Palauan syllabus incorporating religious studies
-5th-8th Grade;1st-4th will be developed later
- This will be published and adopted to MSS
- Gina has started teaching with Tr.Kabidor

-McRel: LMSS have implemented a plan (90-minute readinh) -Tr. Muku-need to be creative (helping her to step-up)
