MSS has been discussing institutional documentation since Feb 2022. It formally initiated the Documentation 2024 project on March 4, 2024.

This Documentation 2024 project will:

• Build staff capability to generate and manage documents
• Transition the management of the documents website to the staff

General Description:

• Institutional Document Management
  • Offer training on understanding different types of institutional documents such as reports, memos, agendas, and minutes of meetings.
  • Educate staff on the importance of maintaining accurate and updated records, including digital and physical filing systems.
• Your Role: Filing the documents, Retrieving the documents
