1. Opening Prayer - Principal Ise
2. Admin Meeting
- Meet before Faculty meetings (see where we are).
- Faculty meeting postponed from Wednesday to Thursday
- Chrism Mass on Wednesday, 6:00pm
3. Documentation
- Challenge that needs to be addressed
- Filing for Finance has been done
- Admin will need assistance to finish some filing before end of the month
4. Printing
- All printing will be moved to the Library.
- Requests for printing needs to be submitted day before
5. Cross Training
- Registrar - will fall to Limei for now
- Development Officer - Hasinta will take over
- Finance - Arcelie will oversee Finance's day to day
- Cross utilization of staff to be more effective
6. Syllabus
- Susan - daily, weekly, monthly and yearly syllabus (English)
- Kabidor - Palauan syllabus incorporating religion studies
- 5th -8th Grade; 1st-4th will be developed later
- This will be published and adopted to MSS
- Gina has started teaching with Tr. Kabidor
7. Vice Principal
- PLC Meetings
- McREL: LMSS have implemented a Plan (90-minute reading)
- Tr. Muku - need to be creative (helping her to step-up)
- Adopt a curriculum; religion is set on its own
- Make use of intersessions
- Strengthen communication
- Request meeting between Dr. Soalablai, Fr. Arthur and Principal to go over WASC
- Teacher Assessment
- Class walk-thru for teacher's assessment
- Classroom observations (teachers evaluations)
- Conference with teacher after observations
- Encourage writing instead of handouts
- Need connectivity between grades
- Teacher training over the summer
