The following documents are to be provided to each teacher at the start of her term. The teacher is expected to read and understand the contents of these documents.

Teachers should get a list of their students: First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Suffix, Sex, Parents, Parents Contact.
This list is being developed by Group 6. It will be finalized when SY23 enrollment is finalized, then made available to users.
Staff, PTA & Class Rep Directory
A staff, PTA officers, Class Parent Reps, and key stakeholders directory needs to be set up and made available for everyone.
Nowadays we should make an electronic directory. See here for an example of a directory.

This is already part of existing operations. Will be made available as soon as they are finalized by school admin.
Need to develop a process for putting these info online.
Emergency Management Plan
There should be one. It was required by MOE in order to charter the school. Where is it or do we need to develop one?
